Mia’s an excellent communicator, verbally (via phone) and in writing (via e-mail and other documentation). She marks every interaction with a follow-up e-mail, and verifies what has been agreed to. She communicates what she’s done, and what she intends to do.
She also keeps her word. She won’t take on more than she is capable of or has time for, and sets action and completion deadlines that she follows to the mark. If any obstacles change projections, she communicates and renegotiates in a timely fashion.
I could say more, but I’m sure it’s not necessary for you to get the sense that Mia comes highly recommended. If she’s available, I heartily recommend that you hire her post-haste, so as not to lose the opportunity to work with her.
