I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and raised in Pasadena, California.

I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Film and worked in TV production for a decade: “Friends,” “Step by Step,” “Lois and Clark,” “Ally McBeal,” and “The Real World”.

I am a mother of two boys and a French bulldog. I enjoy cooking, running, gardening, and avoiding laundry at all costs.
