GENBOOK : An Absolute Must-Have

If you’re in a profession where you are constantly making initial consultations and general meetings, I found the GREATEST tool to save you precious time.

It’s called GenBook. My Facebook friend, Spencer Parikh, introduced me to this fabulous e-tool that will simplify your appointment process (and it’s FREE!).

Create an account, customize your online calendar, block out the times you are not available, post a button on your website, and snag the URL link to your calendar.

Potential clients aren’t made to wait for your availability, they can simply click and see your online calendar and book an appointment immediately–no more back and forth.

Herein lies the beauty of the program: once an appointment has been made, the potential client is sent a confirmation email of your appointment with an iCalendar attachment. When they open this email, all they have to do is click on the attachment, accept the appointment, and the appointment is saved into their own calendar. But wait….it gets better. 24 hours before your appointment, your client is sent a reminder email of your appointment.

Or get a move on and set it up for yourself!
